  1. If you have previously installed the KETS Enterprise VPN client, you might receive an error when you are upgrading to a newer client.  
  2. When prompted to select a location for the IPSECw2k.sys, please browse to 
  3. C:\Program Files\KETS Enterprise VPN\Drivers\ipsecw2k.sys.  
  4. If you still encounter errors, please contact the KETS Service Desk @ 866-538-7435.
